Why do we replace and not clad over?
We always remove old fascia, soffit and bargeboards, this allows us and you to inspect the roof rafters and joists for rot and damage, simply over-cladding old and rotten fascia boards will only hide existing problems and allow rot to set in undetected, by hiding problems over-cladding may result in future roof damage, therefore saving further costs in the future.
We are Freefoam approved installers, all of our work is guaranteed for a minimum of 10 years up to 50 years and finished to the highest of standards.
